Dr. Park Golf - Return Policy

• 30-Day Return Window: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Restocking Fee: Please note that all accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover technical inspection and processing.

• Unboxing Requirement: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with no tool marks or signs of installation, and in its original unboxed packaging.

• Registration Status: Items that have already been registered through our Micro $65 professional system are considered "in-service" and are generally non-refundable.

• Non-Used Condition: We only accept returns for products like the MarkerFit™ kit or CounterWt™ rods if they have not been applied to a golf club or modified by a club maker.

• Inspection: All returns are subject to a technical inspection to verify the weight and balance integrity of the components before a refund is processed.

• Patented Technology & Intellectual Property Notice: Due to the proprietary nature of our USPTO-registered counterbalance technology and the precision required for 10-scale point testing, items that have been unboxed or used are ineligible for return. This ensures the integrity of the technical data provided with every Micro $65 professional registration.
